We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Team Lead to lead the sales team in engaging C-Level clients in Plantation (f&b/hotels), Retail, Manufacturing & Construction sectors. Job Description


  • Define target segments and customers in line with Evolet market entry strategy

  • Develop initiatives to increase deal flow and client meetings

  • Build multi-level relationships including senior customer contacts and key decision makers and stakeholders

  • Execute sales processes to ensure market leading win ratios and strategies

  • Establish, meet and exceed sales revenue quota

  • Engage with channel partners to find and develop new opportunities

  • Leading a team of sales representative that is able to capture market and expand the company’s reach.



Requirement


  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

  • 7+ years successful B2B sales experience

  • Strong rolodex of C-Suite clients in one of the following areas: Plantation (f&b/hotels), Retail, Manufacturing & Construction

  • Experience understanding a client's business needs

  • You have a structured approach to solution selling that you can articulate and demonstrate.

  • Leading a team of sales representative that is able to capture market and expand the company’s reach.

Job Description


  • To conduct B2B sales on employers that hires migrant workers

  • To target employers from Manufacturing, F&B, Retail, Plantation, Construction and other industry that hires migrant workers.

  • Build potential customer funnel and sales leads

  • Plan, set and achieve user acquisition & sales targets per month/year with respective accounts as per KPI

  • Team player as need to work closely with ops and marketing on user acquisition

  • Ensure activities by the marketing team is executed and cascaded to customers

  • Expand reach and growth on planned area

  • Attend and resolve merchants' issues promptly



Requirement


  • Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing

  • Requires 1-2 years of working experience, understand migrant workers needs is a plus

  • Ability to engage and manage business discussion (internal and external)

  • Good analytical skills and some experience in retail metrics preferred.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.

  • Good presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Points) tools

Basic Salary – RM3500

Commission – RM3 per card + 5% overriding on Profit Margin + Yearly Bonus

  • As an Operations Executive with Matrix Ideal Sdn Bhd, you will be handling operations supportrelated documentations, including but not limited to, operations manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, SLAB and agreement drafting. Key role in developing, maintaining and monitoring platform end-to-end operations. You will also play a role in developing and generating data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

    This position gives you the opportunity to work closely with our project team, from the planning stages to WIP execution for projects as well as playing a role in project support or other related adhoc tasks. Moreover, you will be able to grow and groom in your assigned territory by managing client account and processing client account reports on a regular basis. You will also be able to create wonderful customer relationships by handling related incoming calls/emails and customer inquiries.

Technical Product Lead Role


  • Responsible to drive Evolet technical development deliverables, R&D research on UX



Key Responsibilitie


  • Work with business and group IT stakeholders to define solutions and implementation requirements.

  • Prioritise requirements and define scope and dependencies to meet business needs and priorities in a timely manner given available resources.

  • Partner with internal and external solution teams to deliver on time and with the quality required.

  • Lead and drive the development of pilot and release strategy; plan and manage each release to ensure seamless and flawless go-live process.

  • Work with business and relevant stakeholders to proactively manage requirements fit to decrease support requests in the future.

  • Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate resolutions so as not to impede the progress of system implementation.

  • Assume responsibility and drive ownership for technical issue resolution

  • Ensure all IT systems, partner platforms and networks are deployed in a timely manner and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements

  • Accountable for on-time solution delivery, quality and cost

The successful candidate must be able to work closely with group technology to balance business and functional needs with available resources and competing priorities.



Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in information sciences or other relevant technical disciplines from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in programme management and technical solution management at a technology-oriented organisation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams in a multi-vendor environment

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions and solving problems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

  • Experience will MasterCard API and payment portal development & prior understanding of APIs and experience performing integrations with external partners including point-of-sale(POS) systems and card terminals is a plus.
